1. Our service

CV Pro provides professional CV and resume design services. By placing an order you agree to provide accurate information and the files needed to complete your CV.

2. Orders & payment

• Work begins once payment is confirmed (or a valid payment proof is approved).
• Prices are shown per package and add-on, with the total displayed before you order.
• Submitting false payment proof may result in your order being cancelled.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary with workload and how quickly you provide your details. Final files are delivered to your dashboard and may also be sent by email or WhatsApp.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions (Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 3). Additional revisions can be purchased. Revision requests should relate to the original details you submitted.

5. Refunds

Because our work is custom and begins immediately, refunds are considered case by case. If we are unable to deliver your order, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not liable for errors that result from incorrect or incomplete details.

7. Intellectual property

Template designs remain the property of CV Pro. The completed CV produced for you is yours to use for your job applications.
