To design your CV we collect the details you provide when ordering, including your name, email, WhatsApp number, education, work experience, skills, and any files you upload (such as an existing CV, certificates or a profile photo).

2. How we use your information

• To create, revise and deliver your CV and related documents.
• To process your order and confirm payment.
• To contact you about your order via email or WhatsApp.
• To improve our service and templates.

3. Payment information

We do not store card details on our servers. Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers using their hosted checkout. For bank transfers we only keep the reference and any proof you submit.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your data. Your details are shared only with our internal design team for the purpose of completing your order.

5. Data retention & security

Your information is stored securely and access is restricted. Download links are private to your account and can expire. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request its deletion by contacting us.
